Partnering with parents in planting seeds of love, faith and service in our children.  

Our Goal

Help children learn what it means to be a follower of Jesus and assist parents in training their children in righteousness.

Children, come and listen and let me teach you the importance of trusting and fearing the Lord.

Sunday Morning Ministries

Rotation Sunday School- 1st-6th Graders -  9:30-10:30am. Classes rotate weekly to a different room called a “station”. Each station uniquely teaches the lesson via: art/cooking, games, Bible story, theater, and computer. The same Bible passage is taught each week, but with a different emphasis on learning style in each station.

Children’s Church– K-3rd Grade - 11:00-noon. Worship designed especially for kids! This service occurs at the same time as our Sunday morning service.


Sunday Evening Ministries

Bible Thrills, Skills and Drills- K-6th Graders:  5:00-6:30 pm: K-6 graders learn how to use their Bible and memorize scripture thru a variety of fun learning activities. 

Children’s Choir- K-6th Graders: 6:30-7:30 pm: K-6 graders experience worship fundamentals. 

May-August children attend evening worship with their families.


Wednesday Evening Ministries

RA’s/GA’s- 1st-6th Graders- 6:30-7:30 pm. Royal Ambassadors for boys and Girls in Action for girls help kids learn about missionaries around the world, participate in service projects and how they can be on mission at home.

Not offered during summer.


Yearly Ministries

Vacation Bible School - Every summer a five-day event in which children K-6 grade learn about Jesus and Biblical values.

Hallelujah Festival - Every October our church provides an alternative to families for Halloween.


Gradeschool Safety

Two workers will be present in any church activity involving minors. Workers who are minors shall always have at least one adult present with them. All workers will be screened and fill out a background check prior to working with children.

No worker shall inflict physical discipline on a child. If a child cannot be disciplined by firm but loving non-physical correction, the worker will:

  1. 1. Give one warning
  2. 2. Have timeout outside of classroom with Director
  3. 3. Director will take child to a parent

IN THIS SECTION
